Our collection of courses for the in service training of Mississippi Home Health Aides is designed to meet the requirements stated in Rule 15-16-1-46.29.3 - In-Service Training of the Mississippi Administrative Code.
This collection contains 11 courses, totalling 12 hours of training, and covers a number of topics including, the aging process and the emotional problems of terminal illness, assisting with ADLs and iADLs, meal preparation, infection control, safety and emergencies, meal preparation, reporting and documentation, basic elements of body functions that must be reported to the nurse supervisor, the reporting of elder abuse, working with clients with challenging behaviors, and an introduction to dementia care.
This collection can be used as is, or combined with any of our other courses to create an effective, and easy to understand, in service training program for your MIssissippi-based Home Health Aide team.
